Sebastian (M FD PK)
Size: M Miniature
Form: FD Formal Decorative
Color: PK Pink
Growers Notes
Color: Dreamy coral pink with almost glowing soft salmon outer petals
Growth habit: 3 1/2’ short, but so sweet! If Cupcake had a sibling, it would be Sebastian. This petite plant throws out the blooms from beginning to end. Make your first cuts very deep into the plant, so the next flushes will be on long, easy to cut stems. If you don’t cut deep, you’ll end up with a roundy moundy blob of a dahlia plant, and we don’t want that.
Blooming habit: Heavy bloomer, flowers are about 3 1/2” and dare you to keep up! Great cut flower, but no matter how you manipulate the stems, you’ll still be bending over to cut them. Or walk next to the plant on your knees, like I do:)
Features: Great color and lasting power in bouquets, stunning as a garden plant, especially if you grow in pots, or need something for the front border.
